Chapter History

Delta Delta Delta was founded nationally on Thanksgiving Eve at Boston University in 1888.  The Alpha Chi Chapter at the University of Miami was the twenty-sixth chapter to be established in the year 1962 out of one hundred and eighty-seven today.  The Alpha Chi chapter became inactive over the years.  Alpha Chi has remained active since and is one of eight Panhellenic Sororities on the University of Miami’s campus.
